Inspired by the book Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle by Emily Nagoski, PhD, and Amelia Nagoski, DMA, this workshop introduces the concept of “completing the stress cycle.” Many of us learned to “deal with” stress, overwhelm, and exhaustion by ignoring and muscling through. But research now supports that the key to healing our bodies, downregulating our nervous systems, and moving on powerfully is to allow ourselves to complete the stress cycle.
