“What we plant in the soil of contemplation, we shall reap in the harvest of action.”
— Meister Eckhart
Grounded in this wisdom, the Emerging You spring retreat invites you into a gentle space where rest, reflection, and creative expression come together as sacred practice. When we allow ourselves to slow down and listen deeply, we begin to notice what is quietly emerging within us, what longs for tending, discernment, and nurturing.
This gathering offers a sanctuary of sacred rest, beginning in a soft cocoon of stillness. From that grounded space, you’ll be guided to reconnect with your inner life through reflection, community connection, and intuitive collage-making. Creativity in this is less of a task and more of a contemplative act, an opening and invitation to the movements of the Spirit within.
You do not need to consider yourself an artist; this retreat is for anyone longing for:
· Discernment about what is unfolding or shifting in their lives
· Creative reconnecting after a season of depletion, overwork, or transition
· Community that is gentle, warm, and rooted in shared presence
· Permission to pause, soften, and listen inwardly
By the end of our time together, we honor what has surfaced through ritual and nourish the tender dreams or wisps of dreams beginning to emerge. We will trust that what is planted in rest and creativity will one day bloom in action.
Participants are invited to bring:
· A pillow and blanket for comfort and sacred rest
· A magazine that brings joy or inspiration
· A journal and pen
This retreat will be led by Christina Brown of Moonbird Soulful Living. May this time space you need to listen, create, and gently tend to the wisdom within.
As part of an effort to help those that are facing financial difficulties, we announced a price decrease for 2026 workshops and course offerings. The price for this course was originally $80, but we are now offering it for $15. We think this reduces the barrier for those that are facing economic challenges and and also fulfills our desire to swing our doors wide open, be here for the world as it is, and be a place for folks to come to in this time.
