In today’s culture, death is often treated as taboo. There’s a cultural and collective fear and avoidance surrounding death. But what if, in changing our relationship to death, we might change our relationship to life?
“Who you are, what your values are, what you stand for, they are your anchor, your north star. You won’t find them in a book. You’ll find them in your soul.”
– Anne M. Mulcahy –
This interactive workshop offers a compassionate and insightful exploration of five dimensions of life. Participants will receive practical tools and strategies for living and dying consciously that help you to embrace your mortality and approach life – and the end of it – with greater awareness, intention, and peace.
Together we will:
You might be drawn to this workshop if you are in the care-giver / care-partner / healthcare provider role for someone at the end of their life; if you yourself are facing a life-limiting illness; or as someone generally interested in exploring end-of-life topics.
This workshop is also for anyone sensing they c ould be living better – with greater purpose, in deeper alignment with their values and desires, with more joy and presence, or in more meaningful relationships – and who is ready to bravely and open-heartedly face their own mortality for clues as to what they can do right now to live well so as to one day die well.
This workshop, facilitated by Kim Bunce (a Sacred Passage End-of-Life Coach, Death Doula, and Death Cafe facilitator), provides a safe and supportive space for learning and reflection. In the words of Alua Arthur, death doula and founder of Going With Grace: “Give a minute of your life to think about the end of it.”
As part of an effort to help those that are facing financial difficulties, we announced a price decrease for 2026 workshops and course offerings. The price for this course was originally $225, but we are now offering it for $75. We think this reduces the barrier for those that are facing economic challenges and also fulfills our desire to swing our doors wide open, be here for the world as it is, and be a place for folks to come to in this time.
