A Poetry of Returning

When:

Saturdays March 14th through April 25th

|  10:00am - 12:00pm

Where:
The Center

This six-session series is a gentle invitation to come home to yourself through the practice of poetry. Each gathering opens with quiet grounding—breath, stillness, a moment to settle—followed by intuitive writing prompts that help words rise from the deeper places within. We will explore, through poetry, themes of belonging, inner wisdom, memory, healing, and the subtle ways spirit speaks through our lived experiences.

Part ritual, part reflective circle, this series honors both the mystical and the everyday: the sacred moments found in silence, and the practical clarity that emerges when we slow down and truly listen. You’ll leave with poems you’ve written and feeling more connected to your voice, your creativity, and the truth that has been waiting to be written. No prior writing experience is needed—just openness, curiosity, and the courage to show up as you are.
