For those interested in an active, moving form of meditation, our labyrinth will be open from 9:30am to 10:15am on the 2nd Friday of every month (April 10, May 8, and June 12). Walking a labyrinth offers a practice that can lead to a sense of inner calm and heightened self-awareness.
