Take some time to look through one of your favorite magazines, watching TV, or scrolling through social media. Make a list of any messages you find that prop up the dominant culture of accumulation, competition and power.
Once you’ve made your list, see if you can imagine and describe any alternative paradigms that embrace generativity, collaboration and compassion.
