Alice Kunka
PhD, Ordained Minister, Spiritual Director, Guest Facilitator
Alice Kunka, PhD, is a retired Deacon and ordained minister with the United Methodist Church, spiritual director, certified SoulCollage® facilitator, and Veriditas-trained labyrinth facilitator with nearly 30 years of ministry experience serving congregations across the Triangle and Triad. A graduate of the Haden Institute, she brings a grounded and artful presence to dreamwork, contemplative retreat leadership, and spiritual formation. Alice’s approach centers on the metaphor of Life as Pilgrimage, guiding others through their inner landscape toward hope, meaning, and transformation.
Alice will be leading the silent retreat portion of the The Great Search Retreat with John Philip Newell in October 2026.
