Motivated by her unwavering commitment to human development, Erlina has successfully established sustainable organizations that promote emotional intelligence and overall well-being. She has held senior leadership positions in human resources at companies such as Intuit, PeopleSoft, and Lee Hecht Harrison.
Erlina is a graduate of The International Interfaith Seminary, a certified IDEA Consultant (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Anti-Racist) and a Spiritual Director. Additionally, she is an Enneagram Educator and serves as an associate faculty member with professional status. Previously, she was the Co-Executive Director and Board President of The Narrative Enneagram School.
