Jerome Daley is a mentor coach, spiritual director, retreat leader, and transformational teacher passionate about helping people know God, know themselves, and find their fit in the world. With over 30 years in people development, he strengthens leaders in the journey toward true identity and vocational calling.
Jerome holds a D.Min. in Leadership and Spiritual Formation from Portland Seminary and is a credentialed International Coach Federation coach. His tool of choice for personal and professional development is the Enneagram, where he has studied extensively with Russ Hudson. He is the author of 10 books including Gravitas, Soul Space, and When God Waits.
