Sandra Smith
M.Div., Author, Certified Narrative Enneagram Practitioner (CNEP), Guest Facilitator
With over 24 years of experience, Sandra Smith, M.Div, teaches the Enneagram internationally, inviting curiosity and compassion to guide the inward turn in exploring the foundational question, “Who Am I?” She weaves her background of business, non-profits, and theology to offer a practical and compassionate exploration of the human journey to “wake up” to our lives, to know our blind spots, to know our strengths.
An accredited International Enneagram Association Professional and certified in the Narrative Enneagram Tradition, Sandra has presented at numerous International Enneagram Association Conferences in the USA as well as Canada, and been a speaker at several SDI (Spiritual Directors International) conferences, addressing the intersection of personality and spirituality.
Her life experience as a lesbian-identified woman, love for the earth, and commitment to equity and inclusion inform her teaching and her living. Participating in a DEIB training several years ago opened her eyes and heart to her own biases and othering.
Sandra is the author of the book, The Enneagram Map to Your Deeper Self: Living Beyond Your Type, which invites readers to find parts of themselves in the stories of those who are “different” – reminding us that we are more alike than different. Sandra has also co-created and co-hosts the podcast, Heart of the Enneagram, which explores, through guest interviews, the dimensions of the nine unique Enneagram perspectives. And she co-authored its companion book, Heart of the Enneagram: A Companion for Deepening Personal and Spiritual Growth.
